• Customers may return unused, never worn items with tags still attached except clearance or sale items.
• Items must be returned to store within 14 days of original purchase.
• We are happy to offer an exchange for merchandise or store credit that can be used at Carly's or Eli Ashby's for products or services excluding shipping. 
• All clearance and sale items are final sale.
